Provide targeted vocational and life-skill training to youth and women, fostering true economic self-reliance rather than dependence on aid.

Cultivate intergenerational ecosystems where young minds benefit from the life experience of elders, and seniors receive the care, attention and technological support of the youth.
How we work
Start where the gap is
We map the neighbourhood before we plan anything — who is out of school, which elders live alone, what skills local employers actually hire for.
Run it with the community
Local teachers, volunteers and family members run the classes and camps. Programmes that belong to the community outlast us.
Measure and publish
Attendance, learning levels, camp footfall and medicines distributed are recorded and reported to our supporters.
